DeDe Dance Camp Summer 2009 Registration Form

DeDe Dance Camp is a summer intensive performing arts program beginning June 27^th- August 1^st. Dancers are exposed to multicultural art forms including flamenco, African, ballet and hip hop to name a few. In addition students participate in sports such as swimming and tennis. Members adopt healthy eating habits through the program meal services (breakfast and lunch). Essentially, dancers partake in a substantial maturation—build self-confidence, develop positive character and respect for their peers.

Eligibility: Youth: 5-17 yrs of age

Requirements: Must register no later than June 27^th 2008 at 5pm. Must pay $300 tuition by June 20^th 2009 at 5pm. If you cannot afford the entire tuition, please call our office in order to retrieve a sponsorship form or attend our scholarship audition in February 2009.

Schedule: Mon-Fri. 8am-5pm. Students will go on field trips during the program hours.

I strongly recommend that you purchase your child’s dance attire from Danny Warehouse, with the exception of the DeDe Dance Studio T- Shirts which are available for $12 dollars at our office.
