The Year-Cycle: About the Program
Induction: Young girls between the ages of
5-12 for Princess Club & 13 - 17 for Ladies First
are inducted into the program in June of the
first year.

Club Meetings: On Saturdays, Princess Club & Ladies First unite in harmony (distinct
meetings for age groups) where they partake in Girl Talk Forums to address and resolve issues
that women face. A portion of every meeting, is devoted to etiquette enrichment.
Hotel Retreat: After fundraising for the first semester of the sisterhood program, Princess Club
& Ladies First attend a 3 - day Hotel Retreat at the luxurious, Embassy Suites Hotel where they
partake in etiquette and leadership workshops. The weekend also includes female bonding
activities and a surprise outing on Saturday.
Pink Circle Mentorship Program: A 14 week program where the staff of our sisterhood
branch recruit college students to mentor Ladies First, whom mentor Princess Club, whom
mentors their baby dolls.The purpose of the cyclical program is to help our members have a
hands - on experience with leadership and mentorship that will foster them to become change
agents.
Annual Ball: To culminate the experiences of Princess Club & Ladies First, members partake
in an annual ball. This year will be the 1st Annual Debutante Ball in May 2009.
Promotion: Princess Club members who graduate from middle school promote into Ladies First
and are inducted by their big sisters from Ladies First.
Sisterhood Alumni Association:Ladies First members who graduate from high school
officially become Alumni and are presented college scholarships at the Annual Ball. They also
retrieve an official alum jacket with a unique number. Alumni benefits range from college
financial assistance to miscellaneous stipends for college academic excellence.
